Correlation Pulsation Pressure Microreceivers,

Abstract

A description is given of a microsensor unit for measuring the spatial correlation between the pressure fluctuations of a turbulent boundary layer. The sensing surface of each microsensor has a length of 0.3 cm. The distance between the microsensors in the unit varies from 0.5 to 3.6 cm, thus making it possible to measure the spatial cross spectrum of a fluctuating pressure in the case of various spatial separations.
