The Thermal Conductivity of Certain Foodstuffs,

Abstract

An equation is derived for the calculation of the thermal conductivity of foodstuffs, and certain typical values are listed. The spherical bicalorimeter is found to provide a means of determining thermal conductivity in wines, liqueurs, beer, and fermenting mixtures. (Author)
