A Study of Certain Thermodynamic Values during Spectral Identification of Lanthanum, Yttrium, and Cerium,

Abstract

Heat capacities and entropies of X, XCl3, and X2O3 at 298-1000K were calculated by semiempirical Kelley and Krestovnikov formulas: X is Y, La, or Ce. Dissociation temperatures of XCl3 and X2O3 were also calculated. (Author)
