The Effect of Scopolamine on the Threshold of Running Induced by Electrical Brain Stimulation,

Abstract

A randomized block factorial analysis of the data revealed no differences in threshold between the scopolamine group and the saline group. Failure of scopolamine to reduce the stimulation threshold suggest that the apparent attentuation of habituation found by Sanders et al., (1972) was not the result of the arousal properties of the drug.
