Three Channel Interference Cancellation System.
Abstract
The report encompases the fabrication of four Interference Cancellation Systems (Model ICS-1101-UHF-3) fabricated for UHF communication applications. The systems are for extensive test and evaluation in an operational environment by field personnel. The systems are capable of cancelling up to +20 dBm interference levels from three transmitters simultaneously and provide outputs for up to four receivers without degrading a receiver with -110 dBm sensitivity (S+N)/N=1. The technical problems encountered, the solutions employed, and test data on the final systems, as well as a description of the various circuits, are discussed in the report. (Author)
