Feasibility of Producing a High-Yield Laminated Structural Product: General Summary.

Abstract

A system of rotary-cutting veneer, press drying, gluing, and laminating it into a structural material has proved technically feasible. The processing time from log to finished product is about 30 minutes and the yield around 60 percent. (Author)
