High Altitude Phenomenology from Electron Impact Cross Sections.

Abstract

The report is concerned with some recent results obtained with the close coupling approximation for the low energy electron impact scattering cross sections for atomic oxygen, nitrogen, and their ions. Two reports on the scattering of electrons by helium and copper are also presented.
