Abstract
The objective of the analysis is to aid the functional coordinating group in its effort to improve the major item management system by determining the potential use of the Major item Management information system design guidance in providing solutions to the problems it has identified, and if this design guidance is likely to be of value to the functional coordinating group in the evaluation of any of the problems it might identify in the future.
