Design, Fabrication, and Evaluation of an Electron Beam Addressable High Information Density Memory Tube.

Abstract

During the first quarter an initial design for a first model BEAMOS tube was completed. A large number of the component parts have been manufactured and test facilities for the tubes are nearing completion. Research directed toward gaining a better understanding of target physics continues. (Author)
