Electron Beam Semiconductor Devices

Abstract

The object of the program was to (a) evaluate the capability of an electron beam-semiconductor pulse amplifier for switching repeated short pulses of a few amperes with nanosecond risetime and (b) construct semiconductor diodes for use as an RF amplifier in an electron beam device.
