Formation and Propagation Mechanisms of Diverging Gaseous Detonation Waves.

Abstract

A summary final report of the progress of research is presented for the program to the study the mechanisms of unconfined gaseous detonative combustion. Briefly summarized are the results from the following areas: Detonation initiation; Propagation; Onset of instability; and Theoretical modelling.
