Increasing the Effective Use of Analysis through Program-Oriented Management,

Abstract

Analysis plays a key role in the search for ways to achieve equal educational opportunity, to make better use of resources and to measure the outcomes of the educational process. The paper delineates some of the problems analysis has encountered and proposes a program-orientation to the management of school district operations as a means of increasing the effective use of analysis in school district planning.
