Hydrostatic Pressure Effects on Proteins.

Abstract

A very brief description is given of the effects of hydrostatic pressure on a model protein which, in turn, will permit an insight into the effects of hydrostatic pressure on cellular constituents. The aggregation of polyvalylribonuclease A (PVRNase) has been studied as a model.
