Thermophysical Properties of Certain Products of Sugar-Beet Production,

Abstract

The unlimited standard method developed by G. I. Krasovskaya for free-flowing materials was selected as the method for the complex measurement of the thermophysical properties of saccharic massecuites. An approximate formula for calculating a fixed temperature for this method is proposed. Some results in the measurements of the heat properties of powdered sugar, massecuite of varied product and syrup of the Salivonki sugar refinery are presented. (Author)
