Economic Benefits from Improving Engine Oil Qualities,

Abstract

Costs of various brands of oil were determined and the effect of differences in technology, basic oils and additives used on the change in cost of the oils were shown. Basic relationships were established between economic indicators of car operation and the change in the cost of oils. It was shown that the greatest economic effect of oil is provided by changing the car availability coefficient, and its smallest by influencing only the consumption of oil. (Author)
