Comparative Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Using Integrated Circuits in Digital Equipment,

Abstract

A procedure is given for evaluating the effectiveness of integrated circuitry in digital equipment based on the example of a simplified model of the equipment. The evaluation makes it possible to account for specific requirements imposed on the equipment and the degree of importance of the parameters which are considered. The method may be used to select requirements for newly developed series of microcircuits. (Author)
