Estimating the Reliability of Operation of a Digital Computer with Testing,

Abstract

It is demonstrated that a mathematical model of rarefied currents may be used for estimating the reliability of the operation of electronic digital computers with testing (monitoring). The approach to the determination to the necessary reliability characteristics with arbitrary laws of the distribution of errors is explained. There are three bibliographic entries. (Author)
