Satellites and the Problem of the Natural Resources of the Earth

Abstract

The author discusses an interesting problem in contemporary astronautics - the problem of using AES and spacecraft for meteorological and hydrological research, surveys of natural resources on a planetary scale, and for geological, topographical, terrain and other types of photography over large areas.
