Qualitative Interpretation of Data from an Oblique-Reflexive Ionospheric Probing,
Abstract
The article contains an investigation of experimental results with respect to reflected oblique probing of the ionosphere with short pulses. Approximate estimates of the critical frequencies and active altitudes corresponding to the leading edge of each maximum scattered signal are presented. (Author)
