Cross-Cultural Issues in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Abstract

The research literature was reviewed in order to consider cross-cultural issues in industrial and organizational psychology. Four substantive areas were dealt with in some detail: motivation and attitudes; management and supervision; assessment; training and development. Despite methodological problems, research in each of these areas makes a contribution to both the theory and practice of organizational psychology. (Author)
