Formulation of Finite Difference Method for the Upper Critical Depth Problem.

Abstract

A numerical method is outlined for calculating the interaction between an underwater spherical shock wave and the ocean surface. The method is carried out in two half steps, the first based on a second order implicit scheme and the second based on integral formulae. (Author)
