Handbook of Systems Effectiveness Models

Abstract

The report identifies and summarizes computer programs for modeling techniques currently used in effectiveness engineering. The programs employ a wide range of systems effectiveness techniques and convey the current variety in approaches used. They are summarized to assist engineers and analysts in the search for techniques to adapt for solution of their own application problems. The document will also serve as a basis for planning and future developments in effectiveness synthesis.
