A 17-Minute pH Change Method for Measuring Cholinesterase.

Abstract

The Michel pH change method for determining cholinesterase activity has been modified to decrease the time required for an assay from 1 hour to 17 minutes. Nearly identical pH change values are obtained at both times. (Author)
