The report is a summary and reivew of research on nonequilibrium combustion products for calculating rocket engine performance. The research concerned the chemical kinetics of combustion processes, the resulting nonequilibrium combustion products, and the effect of nonequilibrium combustion products on theoretical rocket engine performance.
