A Comparison between Automated and Manual Assays of Adenosine Triphosphate and 2.3-Diphosphoglycerate in Blood.
Abstract
Twenty samples of normal blood for levels of ATP and 2,3-DPG were assayed; values obtained by automated assay were consistently and considerably higher than those obtained by the manual method. (Author)
