Surface Space-Charge Effect on Certain Photoelectric Properties of Gallium Arsenide (p-Type),

Abstract

The report presents an examination of p-type GaAs. The author examined spectral and temperature characteristics of natural photoconductivity and condensation photo e.m.f. and also the effect on them of an external transverse electrical field and constant brightness.
