The Evolution of Charged Particles from a Point Source in the Field of a Magnetic Dipole,

Abstract

In the article the spreading of charged particles from a point source in the field of a magnetic dipole is investigated. This work is based on the study of two famous integrals of equations of motion of charged particles in a dipole field. The equatorial injection of electrons and protons is examined. The power structure of forming radiating zone is investigated. The independence of boundaries of this zone on the value of magnetic dipole moment, on the charge, and on the mass of injecting particles is proved. (Author)
