In Vivo Effect of Low Intensity Direct Current on Viability of Pseudomonas aeruginosa Infection.

Abstract

The effect of low intensity direct current on infected wounds is reported along with preliminary work on effects on wound healing. A complete description of the procedures and results are given. The results show that electrical currents had a deleterious effect on the infecting microorganism. (Author)
