The first quarterly report summarizes progress under the extended evaluation of the ALPA, NORSAR, and LPE program. Work through 30 June 1972 in the following areas is summarized: ALPA evaluation; NORSAR long period evaluation; NORSAR short period evaluation; LPE evaluation; Network analysis.
