Installation of Sensors on the SK-5 Surface Effects Vehicle.

Abstract

The sensors whose installation is described in the report, together with 18 strain gages and three nacelle strain/thrust gages, described in Appendix A, were installed on the SK-5 hovercraft to obtain engineering data required by Naval Ship Research and Development Center for evaluating performance of the craft under a variety of operation conditions.
