Transfer of Tool Material in the Process of Cutting Titanium Alloys,
Abstract
An investigation of the rules governing the transfer of the products of wear of tool material was carried out by means of radioactive indicators in the turning of a number of titanium alloys by cutters with plates of the hard alloys VK8 and VK4, which were irradiated by neutrons of the isotope W187.
