Experimental Aeromechanics (Chapters VI, VII, VIII, and IX),

Abstract

The book deals with physical principles of experimental aeromechanics and methods for aeromechanical tests in various conditions. Given is the description of various wind tunnels and installations for experimental investigations at subsonic, supersonic and hypersonic velocities. The book was written for college students of aerohydromechanics and gas dynamics. It can be useful also to employees of design offices and scientific organizations, as well as persons engaged in construction of various aeromechanical installations and their equipment. (Author)
