Increasing Resolution and Decreasing Distortion in Tubes,
Abstract
The paper deals with the aberrations which are due to the deflection of electron beams and which limit the resolving power of television systems and determine the distortion of a raster. The article discusses the problems connected with attempts to correct these aberrations and proposes a method which deals with auxiliary corrective windings for correction of these aberrations.
