Abstract

The work includes studies of certain temporal properties of speech sounds in various contexts, development of improved configurations for speech synthesizers, investigation of source of inter- and intra-speaker variability with application to speaker recognition systems, and continued development of an interactive computer-based facility for speech analysis and synthesis.
