A Computer Program to Interpolate Y equal f (X, Z, W) from Data Curves Input as Tabular Arrays.

Abstract

A subroutine has been written to facilitate the input of data curves to a user's program and to interpolate from these a value of Y = f (X, Z, W) for any combination of the independent variables. Interpolation in each dimension may be to any degree specified within the limits of the data. If there is a discontinuity in the data, the interpolation will be constrained to the appropriate segment of the curve. The subroutine achieves compact storage, which is advantageous when using a smaller computer. (Author)
