The Thermal Conductivity of Pure Water and Standard Sea Water as a Function of Pressure and Temperature. Part 3. Standard Sea Water
Abstract
Data are presented for the thermal conductivity of standard sea water over 0 to 30 degrees C, at pressure to 1400 bars. An analysis of the results is given and comparison of the data with theoretical calculations for K at atmospheric pressure presented. Comparison of this data with that for pure water shows the thermal conductivity of sea water to be less of a function of pressure.
