Abstract

The appendix contains a detailed discussion of the factors that influence procurement and retention in the US Army Reserve Components. Historical and current experience of the US Armed Services and selected foreign countries is reviewed and analyzed. It furnishes an overview of the recently- completed studies of Army Reserve Components through FY78 is calculated.
