Statistical Investigation of the Influence of the Parameters of a Dynamic System on the Spectrum of Natural Frequencies,

Abstract

The article analyzes the application of statistical methods for determination of the optimal parameters corresponding to selected frequency criteria. Determination of these parameters is performed by the Monte Carlo method; their adjustment by the Gauss - Seidel method and random search. The method of solution suggested, based on the method of statistical testing using regular methods of search for the extreme, is rather universal. It can be used both for linear and for nonlinear systems with both concentrated and distributed masses. (Author)
