Abstract

The text in Network Analysis for Construction Project Management consists of non-computer (manual) and computer-programmed fundamental exercises to acquaint selected military and civilian NAVFAC field personnel with current progress in adapting PERT and/or the Critical Path Method to the planning, scheduling, progress reporting and monitoring of construction projects managed under the contract authority of the Commander of the Naval Facilities Engineering Command. The text has been enriched to include the Graphical PERT Analog practice and a new chapter in the Line of Balance Technology adapted to construction project management. (Author)
