Abstract

A computer facility, consisting of a Varian 620/i digital computer, associated peripherals, and extensive software, has been developed for analyzing and simulating communications systems. The software includes an operating system, general-purpose subroutines, and simulation programs. The report describes the software in detail, serving as a handbook for potential users and as a guide for setting up similar facilities.
