Maintenance of Reserve Components in a Volunteer Environment. Volume IV. Appendix C: Phase III.

Abstract

The appendix contains development of a least-cost program of incentives designed to maintain desired US Army Reserve Component strength levels in a volunteer environment. A computerized model is furnished that will project strengths and costs by component for six years. The interrelation of individual incentives is discussed and sensitivity to changes in attitude is assessed.
