High Power CO2 Laser Devices.
Abstract
The report describes the investigations of frequency stable Q-switched CO2 laser oscillators. The characteristics of both free-running and injection-locked pulsed lasers are described. Optical heterodyne measurements of the frequency stability of the sources are presented. (Author)
