Method of Decreasing Vibration in Rotary Wing Aircraft (Sposob Umensheniya Vibratsii Vintokrylykh Letatelhykh),

Abstract

The proposed method of decreasing vibration allows vibration to be decreased by eliminating the periodic flapping motion of the blade relative to the flapping hinge of the rotor hub. For this, the center line of the shaft is colocated with the center line of a cone, described by the blades or the rotor which is suspended on a universal joint. Then, the flapping motion of one of the blades is measured with a center, coefficient is determined with a harmonic analyzer, the value of the electric signal proportional to angle is transmitted to a power mechanism control relay through an amplifier and, with it, the support of the shaft with the rotor hub is turned by angle.
