Design, Fabrication, and Evaluation of an Electron Beam Addressable High Information Density Memory Tube.

Abstract

During the second Quarter, components for the first BEAMOS tube were completed and are ready for assembly. An assembly facility for BEAMOS tubes was established and all equipments are in place. Testing facilities for BEAMOS tubes are very nearly all complete. Studies of target physics continue. (Author)
