Recording the Structure of Laser Radiation in the 10.6 Micrometer Band on Thin Magnetic Film,

Abstract

Experiments are described in which laser light structures were studied by exposure of 0.29 micrometer Ni-Fe films to continuous laser light in the infrared. Cross sectional images of laser beams, made visible on the magnetic colloid of the films, were photographed at different angles during these experiments. (Author)
