Reliability as a Total Concept.
Abstract
The report is complementary to an earlier report 'Simple Guide to Reliability'. The subject matter of the earlier report is considered in fuller detail, and reliability concepts in the frequency, time and probability domains are developed and discussed. The mathematical inter-relationships are considered and their implication to the Navy discussed. Brief mention is made of the various prediction methods available to the reliability engineer.
