General Training System - GENTRAS.

Abstract

The technology explosion which has provided the fighting Marine with sophisticated new weapons and equipment has also greatly increased the knowledge and skills that he must have to perform his duties. This technology explosion has also provided effective management methods using a systems approach and automated means to the solution of such problems. GENTRAS is such a system and supports the systems approach to training. (Author)
