Abstract

The Second European Solid State Device Research Conference (ESSDERC) was held at the University of Lancaster from 12 to 15 September 1972. There were 300 attendees representatives of almost every major solid state laboratory in the world (except Russia). This report discusses some of the papers presented at the meeting. (Author)
