Application of the Method of Power Series to the Solution of an Inhomogeneous Equation of Heat Conductivity,

Abstract

The paper discusses a solution to the heat conductivity problem of a body having variable density and specific thermal conductivity. The Laplace transform is applied to reduce this problem to a solution of an ordinary differential equation by the method of power series. An example is given to demonstrate the efficiency of this method. (Author)
