Non-Piezoelectric Surface Wave Correlator.

Abstract

An acoustic surface wave matched filter has been developed which combines a planar ZnO overlay transducer, to generate acoustic surface waves, and a Metallic Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor (MOSFET) array, to detect the acoustic surface wave energy, providing a technique which will be compatible with MOS/LSI technology.
